Prepping day

Prepped surgeries for tomorrow. Pictures from inside the hospital:

Dr Khan and Meg
Residents and the visiting "consultant"
Dr Zhang and visiting consultant. Dr. Zhang is here, sent by the Chinese gvmt who have an agreement with Guyana. He is an able surgeon, and really amiable guy, surprisingly upbeat given that he is separated from his wife and kid for 2 years.

    By pure thought I have deduced the "visiting consultant" :)
    Are you visiting people you know or is this a per chance location?
