Went to the smaller market to get more fruits & veggies, and picked up mammy fruit. 
It is the brown fruit in the middle. Maybe will try it for breakfast. Just peel, slice and eat, avoiding seeds is what the fruit seller told me.
How was the mammy fruit? Looks like an asian pear, kind of maybe sort of?
